This Meditation Kit includes close to 1/2 lb of natural quartz crystals and 7 tea lights each of which represents each of the chakras.  Not your ordinary tea light candles, these specially designed, soft wax tea lights have an amazing burn time of 7 to 10 hours each.  Each tea light is scented to enhance the chakra of which it represents.  (kit does not include the plate or bamboo)
