Thank you for your interest in a wholesale account with Crystal Essence Candle Company! Below are a few important policies for wholesale orders.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
Our minimum wholesale order is $100. All first time orders are prepaid with credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PROOF OF RESALE STATUS
Crystal Courier is required to have a physical copy of each wholesale customer’s sales tax license or Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate on file. We would be happy to email a copy of the Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate to you, or it can be downloaded at the Multistate Tax Commission website.
SHIPPING
Customer pays shipping and handling. Free shipping offers through the website (if offered) are not valid on wholesale orders. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise prearranged. Orders not shipped via UPS are subject to an additional $10.00 handling fee.
RETURNS & DAMAGES
Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Returns are accepted with prior authorization only. An authorization number must be obtained and printed clearly on the outside of the box for all returns or the shipment will be refused. All returns other including damaged or shipping errors may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Closeout items cannot be returned.
BACKORDERS
Crystal Courier will create backorders on all out of stock items. We will contact you to ship back ordered items upon availability unless otherwise notified.
